When Sarah was working as a chef, she was shocked by the amount of plastic waste overflowing in the kitchen. She felt that this excessive disposable culture was threatening climate change and our lives, so she started making beeswax wraps.
Coincidentally, there is a Manuka honey apiary just across the fence, so we use sustainably harvested beeswax from there in our beeswax wraps and balms.
Our home in Wellsford, New Zealand is surrounded by magnificent nature, and it is in this beautiful place that we create our carefully crafted, plastic-free items.
[How to use]
Use the warmth of your hands to apply the wrap.
Wash it in cold water only and air dry, or if it's dirty, rinse it with warm water and a little dish soap.
Do not use on raw meat or in the microwave.
