●How to use
<Warm it up>
Simply heat in a 600W household microwave for one minute and apply to your body. Use on areas of your body you want to warm, such as the back of your neck, shoulders, stomach, legs, or buttocks. To maintain moisture and prevent burning, heat in a microwave-safe cup half filled with water.

Please place in a freezer-safe bag and freeze before use. It can be used in hot weather, when you have a fever, or to prevent heatstroke. It does not harden and remains smooth, making it very easy to use.
