<Usage period>
Makes 180-200 500ml bottles of water (approximately 2 months)
If after about two months of use you start to smell like chlorine or limescale from tap water, or if bubbles no longer appear on the surface of the stick, please replace it with a new stick.

*The device that measures the reducing power that returns oxidized substances to their original state is called an oxidation-reduction potential (ORP meter), and is expressed in mV. The reducing power is stronger when the value shifts to a negative value rather than a positive value. (General tap water: +500 to +700 mV)

*Magnesium generates hydrogen when it comes into contact with water. It is said that 1g of magnesium generates approximately 1000cc of hydrogen, and MY BOTTLE PLUS+ H contains a blend of 18g of magnesium (spheres).

How to use and precautions for use <How to use>
1: Before use, fill a well-washed plastic bottle with water and about halfway fill it with this product. Shake the bottle up and down 10 to 20 times. Discard the water after rinsing. (Some mineral debris may come out at the beginning of use, but this does not affect the quality.)
2: If you use empty plastic bottles, try to use carbonated drink bottles as much as possible. The resin is thick, so you can see inside and the hydrogen does not easily escape.
3. If you use a 500ml bottle, adding one stick will produce hydrogen water in about 4-5 hours. If you use a 2L bottle, adding 3-4 sticks will produce better tasting reduced hydrogen water in 5 hours or more.
4: Once you have finished drinking the water, refill it and use it again. You can also add more water to the bottle. In this case, the ionization time will be shortened.
5: Ionization occurs more easily when stored at room temperature than when chilled in the refrigerator. If you leave the stick in a bottle for a while, bubbles will form on the surface of the stick. This phenomenon is the effect of hydrogen reduction potential.
6. Fill the bottle with water at night and leave it until the next morning to enjoy more concentrated hydrogen water. When you wake up in the morning, drink a glass of hydrogen water before meals. This will activate the internal organs.
