1: Before use, wash the pet bottle thoroughly, then fill it halfway with this product and water, and shake it up and down 10-20 times. Discard the rinse water once. (Some mineral residue may come out when you first start using it, but this does not affect the quality.)
2: If using an empty plastic bottle, please use a carbonated beverage bottle if possible. The resin is thicker, you can see inside, and hydrogen is less likely to escape.
3: If using a 500ml bottle, add one stick, and it will become hydrogen water in about 4-5 hours. If using a 2-liter bottle, add 3-4 sticks, and you can drink more delicious reduced hydrogen water after 5 hours or more.
4: Once you have finished the water, refill it and use it repeatedly. Alternatively, you can top it up as you drink it. In that case, the ionization time will be shortened.
5: It is easier for ionization to occur if left at room temperature than if refrigerated. When the stick is left in the bottle for a period of time, bubbles will form on the surface of the stick. This phenomenon is due to the action of the hydrogen reduction potential.
6: If you put water in at night and leave it until the next morning, you can drink hydrogen water with a higher concentration. When you wake up in the morning, drink a glass of hydrogen water before eating. This will activate your internal organs.


● This product is for water use only; do not place it in an electric kettle or similar appliance to boil.
● When drinking with tea or coffee, use the water after it has been prepared.
● In the following cases, discard the water once and perform the procedure in Usage Method 1.
・At the beginning of use, if there is a taste of natural minerals, or if the water becomes cloudy or black particles are mixed in.
・If the stick has been left in for a long time and the taste of the water has changed.
